Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue E. Taylor is an American stage actress and producer, is known for playing in the film Ray Undercover Brother as well as in The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University and also a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the Tisch School for the Arts New York University. Aunjanue has a reputation as an American actress as well as a producer and director. She works in television and film. Her stage debut was in the year 2000 and went onto appear in independent, mainstream and TV series. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. In the following year, she made an appearance on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. In 1995, she made her debut as Ariel on the stage on stage in The Tempest. Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father had abandoned her family and she was raised by her mother, grandma and godparents.
