Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teens and the insight to be a wise woman. She is the perfect woman today to are able to do all. She is an author and health expert as well as a talk show host, and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Comedienne and model. And most importantly an adoring mom and wife! Perpetual Motion must be her name. Marilu Henne's whole life is evidence of how strong her healthy lifestyle has been. She believes that you can accomplish anything with good health. However, this wasn't always the case in the past. As an teen, her weight increased dramatically. The food she ate was emotional and was sick all time. When her parents both died in their 50's--her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father from a heart attack, she knew that she needed to take charge over her own health, so that the same fate did befall her. The goal was not to lose weight however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop ways to improve how our bodies are designed to work. Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father had abandoned her family and she was raised by her mother, grandma and godparents. In her childhood, Ford suffered anxiety due to an obsessional-compulsive disorder. Ford was intrigued by the field of acting during her teenage years and she was a part of the National Youth Theatre.
